Guest guest
Thanks, John. could you give a definition of what each of these birth chart means? I mean the difference between when a state chart would be used and when the government chart would be considered? Guest guest
Hi Therese, The birth chart for the STATE of India, dated August 15, 1947, is in keeping with what is commonly referred to as a " nation's " political birthchart. This event established the sovereign independence of India from the United Kingdom; prior to this date India was a Crown Colony, part of the State of the United Kingdom. The birth chart for the GOVERNMENT of India, dated January 26, 1950, marks the establishment of India's constitutional republic, the start date of national government. India's Constitution was established as a result of the deliberations of the Indian State. The pattern evident here of STATE formation followed by and fostering GOVERNMENT formation has been common throughout the world in the establishment of new nations, as far back as the American revolution; in that historical case the thirteen American states formed their first constitutional national government with legal effect from March 1, 1781 @ 12:00 noon, with the completion signing of the Articles of Confederation by the 13 states, when two representatives of the State of Maryland did so in Philadelphia. (The stipulated time of 12:00 noon can be found in the PAPERS OF THE CONTINENTAL CONGRESS, Folio no. 9, document dated February 22, 1781).
