Not everything is in place yet and not all of the links are active, but the intro page and the service pages are up. More importantly, the papers page is up and contains my 2005 Capsolar Ingress Report Eye on the World. There are a couple other papers here as well. Later, I am going to have a section where others can submit papers, for Peer Review and publication. The development of the website is an ongoing process, and one that I wish to have feedback from the community. Please stay tuned.
