Sorry about that. I contacted my ISP and they told me the newsletter folder didn't get pushed to the server. Doesn't make sense to me, and I'm a professional web developer. I thought it was on the server since I uploaded it with read/write authority. They're supposed to be fixing it. In the meantime, I have to add people manually.
