This location is of course out in the ocean. The nearest town being reported by the news media is Banda Aceh, Indonesia at (5N34) (95E20). Time of the quake was December 26 @ 00:58:50 UTC or 6:58:50 local time. The Full Moon chart (which came some hours after the quake) for the exact location shows Mars at the degree of the 4th cusp squaring Uranus which is about 3 degrees off the MC/IC by square. The Mars ingress into Scorpio (Fagan) for the exact location shows Saturn at degree and minute on the 7th cusp, with the Nodes within a degree of the MC/IC. The Moon's ingress into Capricorn (Fagan) shows the Moon at the degree of the MC and Nodes at degree of the Asc/Dsc. Saturn is less than a degree off the IC. The transits to this chart for the exact time of quake, shows tNodes moving to 5' off the Asc/Dsc, tMars moving to 15' off Asc by quincunx, and tSaturn moving back to 7' from IC. One perspective for this quake is that it was a result of the combination tMars/Uranus square, the Nodes/Saturn square and the impending Full Moon. The Saturn/Node paran lines and Mars/Uranus planetary lines for the Full Moon are also occurring in a similar fashion off the west coast of South America.
