Guest guest
From the Judy Johns Political List: >...From CNN: Massive tidal waves today triggered by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake have wiped out coastal areas across southeastern Asia, killing more than 3,000 people -- most of them in Sri Lanka and India... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Data for the 8.9 quake: 12/26/04 0.58.51 GMT (UT) lat 3.298 long 95.779 Off the west coast of northern Sumatra; Depth 10 km Hello everyone, There's nothing like waking up the day after Christmas {houseguests newly departed...) to a mailbox full of earthquake notices, all lined up in a row. Yes, the 8.9 quake was the largest, but since that quake there have been 15 additional quakes of 5, 6 and 7 magnitude as of now (8:38 am December 26, PST). This is an extreme quake condition. The normal run of quakes over 5 magnitude is 12 quakes or so worldwide per week. It's time to give our mundane charts a careful look. The full Moon chart has yet to occur: 10:06:13 a.m. EST today. Mars is square Uranus and in quincunx aspect (8th house aspect) to the Moon. I'll reply to back posts on this list as soon as possible. Blessings for the holidays and New Year, Therese

This is the decimal value taken from the USGS site which Bob and Steve converted to degree/minutes/seconds: Final values, epicenter: 3N17 53 95E46 44 >Everybody: Who will check out new files uploaded without a description >of the event it addresses.......??? Right!! I will be deleting some of these files which have been uploaded without a discussion. When anyone uploads a file, either it should be accompanied by a text discussion file or it should be discussed on this list. Therese P.S. Guests gone, but massive snow storm has arrived, which means constant snow shoveling so as not to be buried. My list of unanswered posts grows longer. Guest guest
Dark Star, The right ascension of the Midheaven for the progressed Sidereal (Fagan/Bradley) Caplunar to the time of the big earthquake was 87 degrees, 25 minutes. The right ascension of the transiting Moon was 87 degrees, 58 minutes, a conjunction to that Midheaven. The right ascension of the transiting Sun/Pluto midpoint was 268 degrees, 39 minutes, an opposition to that Midheaven. The East Point ( an exact 90 degree square to that Midheaven was 177 degrees, 25 minutes. The right ascension of the transiting Mars/Saturn midpoint was 177 degrees, 45 minutes. A conjunction to that East Point and a square to the Midheaven. bob , Dark Star <pansophia@e...> wrote: > > In the interests of clarity and the new year... > > (...) > Bob: 87 degrees 25 minutes........??? > (...) > > D*S
