Why do the Indians use the New Moon in Pisces? Why not Capricorn or

Aries? or any of the signs?

Quite an interesting question. Perhaps in the Eastern countries the year

starts in February? I think India might direct their culture more to

East than the West. Such as Vietnam,China and Japan.

I have compared the two charts India/New Moon. Tr Moonnode is trine India rx

Sun. Sun/Moon is trine the midpoint rx Sun/Venus India. Ketu is in IV square

square tr Saturn, ruler X rx India. I see several planets more, square and

opposite Saturn. An interesting figure to study.

Attack in Mosul

The worst attack on American troops since the beginning of the war

occurred today at 12:00 noon local time in the city of Mosul, Iraq.

At least 18 servicemen were killed in the attack when one large bomb wnet

off

Relocating the Mars ingress into Scorpio (Fagan) from Baghdad to Mosul

places the Mars/Uranus closer to angles.

Mars here just 27' from conjunction to Asc and Uranus 1* 16' off the IC.

Hi Steve I remarked, that at both days:1 May 2003, in Bagdad, same time

start golfwar

and the time of the attack at Mosul the Moon was in Aries. I have not

finished yet the

study for a background information. For such I figure out a Moonchart, with

Moon in top.
