There are three charts I use:

The Declaration of War: 1775 July 6 at 11:00 AM

Washington's Inaugural 1789 April 30 at 12:41:55 AM

LMT Federal Hall NYC NY

 

The first seems to reflect the nation as a whole, while the second

seems to reflect the government. The last is the chart for the office of

the President of the United States. Transits to this chart not only

reflect the state of the office, but the one who is occupying the

office. When malifics transit the charts malifics, bad things happen to

the President as well as the office. When the benifics are transited by

benifics thing go well for the occupant of the Oval Office.
