Folks,

 

On a Vedic list a while back, there was mention of a film analysis of the

timing of the proclamation on Oct 1 1949. That analysis gave the official

time as 3:02:30 -- give or take a few seconds.

 

I don't have the reference handy but will try to dig it up for you when I

have a spare moment.

No I don't have any idea as to the time. It might be available on

CNN or one of the news groups. I would think that the chart for the

PRC would remain in effect. Though it would be ideal to see what the

new regime chart looked like
