This is very disturbing in light of the lack of government action. > Bert Fannin ______________________________\ _______________________ 2235 GMT - There were 7,500 hate crimes in the United States in 2003, according to an FBI report. More than half the crimes were racially motivated and were most often against black people. Attacks against blacks were more than double the number of crimes reported against all other racial groups combined.
