6.5 Quake in Morocco Feb 24, 2004

 

This moderate quake wasn't so serious. The latest report is that 20 people

lost their lives. The same kind of planetary pattern happens as with more

serious quakes, but the orbs aren't so exact.

Jup trine Asc: 22.5 Le--> Jup square Asc: 21.3 Le

Pluto sq Jup: 28 Sc--> Pluto conj Asc: 28.0 Sc

N No trine Asc: 21.5 Ar--> N No qcx Asc: 21.0 Ar

 

K Ingress MC: 10 Li Quake MC: 13 Vi

Saturn trine: 13 Ge--> Saturn sq MC: 12.5 Ge

Uranus trine: 08.5 Aq--> Uranus qcx MC: 09 Aq

Mars conj IC: 12.5 Ar--> Mars qcx MC: 19 Vi

 

Moon and Venus are trine the ascendant in the quake chart. This might

indicate a kind of protection or ease since few lives were lost in the

quake. The Sun is with Uranus, so it's also quincunx the MC.

 

The quake MC is square the ingress ascendant, but the orb is 7 degrees

rather than exact as in quakes that do a lot of damage to human lives.

 

The two configurations that contact the angles in the ingress chart also

contact the angles in the quake chart:

 

Ingress Asc-Jup-NNo (plus Pluto aspects Jupiter)

Quake Asc-Jup-NNo-Pluto

 

Ingress MC-Saturn-Uranus-Mars

Quake MC-Saturn-Uranus-Mars

 

Perhaps one indication of how severe a coming quake would be is the

closeness of aspects. Close aspects = very damaging quake;

Looser aspects = less destructive quake or lower magnitude quake.
