Guest guest
Hi Matthew, Before we talk about these charts, I've noted that that my K Aries ingress angles are different than yours. (I haven't checked the other charts yet, but I'm afraid I'm going to find the same difference...) I have a local time of 23:08:52 and you have a U.T. of 7:15:48. That's about a seven minute difference which places your angles further along in longitude than mine. Converted to F-B, the ascendant I have is 23Sco58 while you have 25Sco27. That's a significant difference if we're looking at contacts to angles. Does this mean that my program is innaccurate since I would have ultimate trust in Solar Fire and Astrolabe?? My program--Parashara's Light--was programmed mainly in India. My S.F. lat/long is the same as yours. Can you check this against CCRS? You mentioned a few posts back that Solar Fire progressions agreed with CCRS. I have to do the ingress calculations manually in PL. There's a time adjust tool, so when the Sun is at 00 00 00 of a sign, that's when I calculate the chart. I've used all local times. It looks like I'm going to have to get NOVA/PrintWheels running again. In your experience, do NOVA calculations match Solar Fire's?
