Guest guest
Yes, that's how we all learn. Even very experienced astrologers always learn something new from each chart. Indeed! ______________________ ______________________ >Dear members, >I use Lahiri ayanamsha and consider full sign as house, no matter >what degree ascends. The only value I give to the degree is when I've >to measure the 'influence' of some planet aspecting from some other >house. This system is interesting, but which sign do you take for the first sign since the Equinox is now in Pisces? In Germany the Uranian tropical astrologers put the sign Libra in the first " house " . I forgot the reason why it is done. Regards Anny ------------------------------ >I don't use divisional charts......... Some time formerly I experimented with the dwadashamsa degrees. I discovered, that the dwadashamsa-lumeries in my birthchart show conjunctions with the Sun and Moon in my parents' birthchart. Perhaps it is odd, that I left this practice, after I discovered the sidereal zodiac. Certain programs have the possibility to put these degrees around the birthchart;the new chart (any harmonic-chart) is built up around the equal Ascendant's houses. Regards, Anny Hi... Subcharts are based on the theory of harmonics or wave theory that operates throughout the universe............ Hi Therese! Interesting is what you write about these harmonics in connection with the music. I always take a look at any chart in the 9th harmonic. Up till now I did not know how much worth I could put into the 9th harmonic. It is still an experiment for me. Indeed this study never stops. So curious I am always. ______________________ ______________________ Message: 3 Sat, 20 Sep 2003 00:44:27 -0000 " daphne " <sidereally.occultated applying, approaching, separating, departing (directions?) Paola! Yes indeed, I started to look at the waining aspects since this year I heard about complaints in questions concerning health. I saw in an old ladies birthchart, who these past years hardly left her chair, because of a great fatique, which plagued her. Progressed Saturn conjuncted her radix Mars. Saturnus was about to leave Mars, when she told she me she is going to move out of her senior-home to another one. I am curious what she decided after I told her the news. I was sorry for her, she was leaving a very nice apartment. Hi Therese! I heard from Mike Viele about James Eshelman, whose book I read " Ïnterpreting Solar Returns " He seemed to have left the the foreground in astrology. Perhaps he got tired of writing books since tropicalist are hard to be convinced. For me, the mentioned book was prove of the worth to turn over to the sidereal zodiac and worthwhile to practice, after experimental research. At least it is a start to turn over to the sidereal zodiac. Also I thank you for the interpretations you gave us to study. I just returned from a few days break. Succes with your work. Helas I cannot agree with your statement, Therese, about the signs in combination with the planets as you are writing below. But then I did not read the book, which you mentioned. Hello Anny, I am also still experimenting with the 9th harmonic chart. John Addey wrote at least two books on Harmonics and Rob Hand has a very good chapter on Harmonics in ESSAYS ON ASTROLOGY. We will need ten more liftimes to figure out all the complexities of astrology!! > I heard from Mike Viele about James Eshelman, whose book >I read " Ïnterpreting Solar Returns " He seemed to have left the >the foreground in astrology. I still have it in my bookcase, but I think he gives too much emphasis to the psychological interpretations of planets when sometimes the planets simply refer to events in solar returns. > > Also I thank you for the interpretations you gave us to study. >I just returned from a few days break.
