The native is good hearted and well mannered person. Even after having a very good education qualification (M.Sc in fisheries), the native did not get a good job. He is working as a research assistant for the past 6 years. His salary is less. He is married and has a male child. Some times he do not get salaries for months. He got to know that there is a job opportunity in US for fisheries through internet job sites. He contacted one of the consultants in Africa. He will be placed either in US or in France. Now the question is should he opt for this opportunity (even though his bank balance is not sufficient to take care of the expenses). Is the consultant genuine?
