Anny: That is right. I know sidereal Taurus people who are hard to change in mind and habits. Even against their convenience. Sometimes I say to them " : I understand: you have in mind " why doing it easy, if it is possible to do it in the difficult way. " I often have written, that it is sufficient to change the zodiac. The basic knowledge of astrology we learned is bound to the sidereal zodiac. That is why work with the sidereal zodiac is so gratifying, so easy to understand. The tropical zodiac is just fiction. The most arguments against the sidereal zodiac is, that tropicalists do not accept the reality of their sidereal chart. Saturn in Capricornus for instance might have a splendid occupation, but when this changes into Sagitarius, with a square to the Ascendant, the source of gall-bladder problems and skinproblems is easy to recognize, in early youth. A former friend's sun is in tropical Aries. It is impossible for him to part from his Sun in Aries. He reacts indeed as an Aries, because the sidereal Venus, Mercury, Mars and Uranus all occupy the sign Aries. And the Pisces Sun creates lightblue eys and he is more or less mediumistic: sun. Naturally the whole chart is speaking for a native. It is marvelous to see it all. Elisabeth is right in her observation of her surrounding people. I bet she enjoys astrology a great deal more than ever. The socalled " Christian Astrology " of Allan Leo is a misconception. Once I read the foolish argument that the tropical zodiac is the intellectual zodiac and the sidereal zodiac ??? I have forgotten. Foolish arguments I forget easily. I don't think so, not in the sidereal zodiac. >We are all composites if our planets straddle sign and constellation ........... Anny:Who is telling this does not reckon with the secondair progressions. That is why people recognize wonderwell anything about themselves, but it is a very small part of themselves, comparing to a sidereal chart, is my experience. You highlighted a pet peeve of mine: The sidereal signs aren't constellations.......... Anny: Indeed signs, but constellations are a group of planetes who share the conjunction of a planetpicture; the socalled midpoints. It is the easiest way to explain. It is worth the time to prove the value of these midpoints. ______________________ _ (2) Anyone who has this book (book II): What is your opinion of it? Stahl gives a very clear explanation of what Fagan had to say about Libra, sunrise and the east. Anny: Yes I have one. A Dutch astrologer, who was acquainted with Carl Stahl sold his sidereal book to me. He is not living anymore.
