Hello Vince, Since you are having this transit, it seems to me that you should be telling *us* what is going on in your life. Do you know what Neptune represents? Pluto generally brings something new into the life either in the practical sense or in the consciousness. Pluto has a lot to do with beginnings. What is your ascendant sign and degree? Please specify the zodiac and if sidereal, the ayanamsa. With the outer planets, sometimes they are 'dead notes' in a horoscope in my experience. It all depends on whether the person is tuned into them mentally and emotionally. Thanks, Therese

I use the sidereal chart selection on astro.com with placidus houses. That puts asc at 17deg34' aquarius, mc at scorpio 26deg33' and neptune at scorpio 27deg30' (more than half a degree, my bad). All that can be said about my life right now is that absolutely nothing is happening. It feel like i'm completely unable to make any move or step toward accomplishing my goals. I don't work, i don't go out, i don't do anything. At this moment the world has no clue that i exist at all. So far as the meanings of Neptune and Pluto are concerned I've long had ideas about that but right now they're changing almost daily - maybe becoming more complete maybe not. Neptune works to strip away mental barriers that we build between concepts. It sort of strips away the delusion of seperatness so that we see how all things are part of the same thing (or how all is one if i want to use new age mantra). I've noticed that it often works through either mystics or complete strangers, sort of the 'extras' in the drama of your life. I've recently begun redefining my view of Pluto. The idea of transformation is necessarily paramount, but i'm changing how i use it in the chart. Since pluto deals largely with endings and beginnings i'm looking into the idea that all planetary cycles end and begin with their contact to pluto. Example: my solar return is typically a shamefully uneventful day. However, around the time the sun contacts pluto every year i'm often finding myself in a new job, new relationship or both. I'm thinking that maybe so far as the cyclical nature of the planets are concerned the beginning and ending is marked more by the contact to pluto than to the contact to the planet's own position. Thanks for your interest Therese. Strangely i had a dream about a girl named therese this morning that i haven't talked to or so much as thought about in years. Strange how the mind works. Feel free to respond in email if you don't want to clutter the list. ~vince
