Jupiter and Pluto

W/ re: to Jupiter or Pluto for riches, I would simply point out that the

word PLUTO means riches! and I am naive enough in my astrological

orientation (and also inclined towards paying heed to archetypes) to

believe that Pluto has to do with wealth. Jupiter also, but these two are

different in their actions.

 

Jupiter, as the " Greater Benefic " , has to do with opportunity, luck, the

power of positive thinking, and so on. These states of mind lead often to

success materially. But strickly speaking Jupiter is the Higher Mind, and

in the Hindu system it's the Guru. Pluto, is wealth that comes from the

depths of the earth or soul. It is the power of death, transformation and

rebirth. In its association with Scorpio it naturally has to do also with

finding helpful resources from deep within one's self. In a sense Picasso

" mined " the riches out of his own subconscious mind and from the collective

unconscious of Mankind.
