Respected sanya ji,

 

Rahu reading the 'tahreer' of malefic Mars means that rahu is

prepared to do the bidding of the malefic Mars. Like a good servant

rahu knows what the master [ Mars bud] wants him to do even before

the master asks him to do. It has nothing to do with whether one gets

an idea of things to come in dreams.

 

Malefic Mars is said to be extremely notorious. The lal Kitab says

that the saturn kindles a fire with dry fire-wood, where as the

ashubh mangal kindles fire with the dry corpses. On the face of it

buree nazar is caused by ashubh mangal, but it might be responsible

for many things more

 

Apart from Mercury and rahu combination, the other combination that

might cause mental aberration is mercury and the moon in bad

relationship.

 

I can not discuss the horoscope of your sister because it is not

allowed here.
