Concoleezza 's birthdate I came up 14 November 1954 (supposed, she told about her next birthday a few days earlier unofficially.. Calculation produces 9.56 AM, then her Mercury is conjunct MC. Saturn in X (Libra:20°05)) is the ruler of Irst house in Capricorn: She is quite slender in countenance. Her Ascendant is in Sagitarius in XII = a Pisces influence (she loves classic music (Capricornus influence), not professionally: (Pisces influence). Libra MC:interest to solve worldproblems and for journeys (presidential visits to foreign countries with 3 presidents (as a journalist? Moon in Gemini. Diplomatics often have Libra in top too. The relocation chart shows Mercury in IX. I chose the birthtown's UT for Washington. As an Uranian astrologer I see more points for this birthtime with the addition of Uranian planetes, called workpoints. Then her birth hour shows a rare and interesting chart, which asks more study.
