Look what happens in the SSR: No planets are in Libra. Jupiter at 12 Cancer squares the MC by 3 degrees (benefic) Neptune at 15 Capricorn squares the MC by 1 degree. I think Neptune is always confusing as to its meaning. It certainly isn't as clear as the SSR Mars/Uranus squares to Zip's natal Ascendant. (I've found that if there is a death planet, it's Uranus and sometimes Mars.) The Moon is on the SSR IC with an orb of 9 degrees. Questionable as to significance, esp as the Moon is squared by supposedly benefic Jupiter. There is nothing in Aries/Libra in the natal chart so this axis sets off nothing natally by conjunction. Summary: confused meanings if you look only at the MC/IC axis. Clear indications if you use the ascendant as the marker for angular houses in both natal and return charts. (See my previous posts.)
