Yes, the rainfall research was based on the lunar ingress. (I keep forgetting that!) I can't argue with Bradley's research in this area because the figures aren't available, and he sounds very convincing. But someday the research should be replicated. Bradley and I agree on the value of meticulous research. No argument there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >[MQ]I, myself, would not bother with non-cardinal ingresses, Therese. >Been there, done that, a LONG time ago. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ But with the F-B ayanamsa, yes? The quake chart sets off this configureation. ------- This kind of triggering of the ingress chart by the quake chart happens in all the charts I've looked at so far--cardinal as well as other ingresses. Most of the ingress charts look at least as stressful as the quake charts (relating planets to the angles--squares, oppositions, inconjuncts, etc. All major aspects--I count the inconjunct as major from past experience). There's a clear pciture here of which ingress stress aspects-angles are related to the quake. ------- Matthew wrote: >...and [i} was not >satisfied with any result, i.e., nothing consistent, nothing that was >a definite pattern.
