Tropical astronomy " stepped off " long ago. It's a game now. The discrepancy doesn't matter except to literalists. Science defines laws. Astrology follows rules. Science can tell us all about the physics of Baseball, pitching, for example, but the rules of Baseball don't apply to physics and even scientists accept that rule. Astrology has rules, science gives us laws.
