Dear Members,

I was watching a TV program this evening on the eruption of Mt Pelee

that occurred on May 8, 1902 @ 7:52 AM near the city of St. Pierre on

the island of Martinique.

(14N45) (61W11).

The eruption completely destroyed the village of St. Pierre and all of

it's 30,000 inhabitants (2 survivors only) in a matter of about 3

minutes.

A few observations: The natal chart of the event has 27Tau11 rising

(Fagan) with Uranus at 27Sco11 and Pluto at 24 Tau 04.

The total Solar Eclipse preceding the event (excluding all partial

eclipses) occurred on May 18, 1901 @ 1:33:11 AM at St. Pierre..

Asc=22Aqu, MC=25Sco,

Uranus=22Sco, Pluto=23Tau.

Progressing the Solar Eclipse using the PSSR rate (from Solar Fire) to

the event date and time of the eruption (May 8, 1902 @ 7:52 AM) gives:

Asc=20Tau, MC=10Aqu, Pluto=23Tau, Uranus=22Sco, Mars=9Leo.

The Sun's ennead (9th harmonic or 40* increments of the Sun) prior to

the eruption occurred on April 7, 1902.

Asc=21Aqu, MC=25Sco, Uranus=27Sco, Pluto=23Tau.

The Cap Lunar preceding the event occurred on April 29, 1902: Asc=4Can,

MC=2Aries, Saturn=4Cap, Mars=8Aries, Node=10Aries

The Cap Solar preceding the event occurred on Jan 14, 1902: Asc=6Cap,

MC=16Lib, Mars=16Cap, Node=16Lib, Merc=7Cap.

Mars and Pluto were nearly exact by declination: +13* 57' and +14* 03'.

Uranus was at -00* 02' of latitude, Saturn at +00* 01', and Mars at -00

19'.

(Uranus was at 00* 00' latitude on the day of the Hiroshima bomb)

Best,

Steve
