Sexually active ok, not necessarily athletic and very seldom transparent, extroverted, or grounded. Scorpio is a water sign, it's subtle and mystical. Aries has always jived more with competition and athletics than Scorpio (to me). Scorpio is also ruled by Pluto. Scorpions, like Plutonians have secrets and need their privacy. Have you ever known an angular Mars that was good at subtlety? or acting covertly? Mars cannot successfully cover all the attributes of Scorpio. Mars is usually an 'in your face' type of energy--quick to vent anger and totally reactive. Very different from a long range plan of secrecy and revenge. On the other hand, you can count on Plutonians for their disappearing acts and top security clearances. Neptune at the MC is a fish out of water in the practical world--there's always a certain amount of escapism that goes with this placement. This makes him appear that he's not quite there.. a bit strange. This can only be increased by tying into the angular full moon across angles. Angular Saturn in an earth sign keeps him grounded and staying compulsively busy maintaims his manic side (as opposed to depressive side). He also has a Mars/Uranus conjunction, known for risk taking and unpredicability. > Not like Tropical Scorpio (which is Libra, the exaltation of Saturn > and the fall of the bright Sun.) I don't think we are going to even be close on this one--Libra, ruled by the socialite Venus, is one of the most social and relationship oriented signs in the zodiac. Known for charm and grace and public relations skills, their natural environment is in a social setting or at the very least shopping with friends at the mall. > Bios on Kerry say some of his friends believed he always > had his eye on the presidency. " I give this attribute, the competitive spirit, to his natal Moon/Mars conjunction on an angle. Brutal sports, like hockey, even better to suit his Sun/Mars/Saturn. Venus in Libra in part for his musical skills along with Saturn in Taurus and Scorpio rising. Neptune at the MC for acting, and for escaping. > > > Reluctant to be out there? Maybe he just has a Saturnian way of > speaking? His angular Sun will demand the attention of others. His angular Moon will bring him into the public spotlight. Despite this, he will not want to be scrutinized and will never reveal himself to the public. Marlon Brando and Bob Dylan, both Scorpio rising, have done much to elude the public spotlight, even while working in very public businesses. Scott Peterson's actions during the time his wife was missing, were typical for Scorpio rising in my experience. .. Best, Steve

In the Tropical zodiac this is correct. Not in the sidereal. Are you getting your zodiacs mixed up?? Sidereal Scorpio mystical??? No way! My husband has Moon-Jupiter on a Scorpio ascendant. He loves to be out and about, joining groups, socializing, taking long hikes on the mountain here. Belongs to a church, too. >Aries has always jived more with competition and athletics than Scorpio >(to me). You must have started out in astrology as a Tropoical astrologer?? > Scorpio is also ruled by Pluto. Scorpions, like Plutonians have >secrets and need their privacy. Not in the sidereal....Pluto co-rules Aries. Didn't you read my article on Aries on the Lost Zodiac site? http://users.snowcrest.net/sunrise/LostZodiac.htm >Neptune at the MC is a fish out of water in the practical world--there's >always a certain amount of escapism that goes with this placement. I'm not sure about that. My brother's wife has Neptune at the M.C. and she's been a manager of medical organizations all her life. Kerry's Neptune gives him a sense of the spiritual, but doesn't make him impractical. Mars-Moon will give him a practical grounding. >I don't think we are going to even be close on this one--Libra, ruled by >the socialite Venus, is one of the most social and relationship oriented >signs in the zodiac. My dear Steve--I have Sun and Moon in sidereal Libra, and all my life I've been a hermit type. Long time married, however, so I had someone to mediate between the world and myself. That includes grocery shopping and earning most of the money. Very mystical--yes. I stay home, meditate, read, write, work in the garden and research astrology. My main life orientation is God (or Goddess) centered. Sidereal Scorpio is a joiner of groups, sports teams, political parties, whatever... >Known for charm and grace and public relations skills, [Libra's natural >environment is in a social setting or at the very least shopping with >friends at the mall. I hate shopping except for astrology books. Too many people at the mall and in the shops. Too many people with discordant vibes. Big stores make me dizzy. Moon-Mars covers a lot in Kerry's chart. I see that I'd better get the rest of my zodiac sign articles posted. The zodiac sign mixup is totally out of control. Very surprised I am, Steve, at your interpretation of the sidereal signs. Guest guest
Here is my 2 twinkles worth: I see Jyeshta as very Scorpionic in the tropical sense. There is usually some life theme about betrayal, either overt or covert. Every time I have a client with a powerful personal planet, we talk about experiences and fears of betrayal. Perhaps that is why he seems to sullen. As was already pointed out to me, his SAturn is near the 7th and the Moon so that is pretty Saturnine. I've also noticed that J is pretty goal oriented. They like to get things right or follow the " rules " whatever those rules might be! The naks are my favorite part of Vedic c
