Dont worry , he will show u all the ways to come out of sufferings. Yours is a very nice chart , the only thing is saturn who is placed in marankaraka place in lagna and aspacting 10th house, which gives disturbances and troubles in work place, infact 10th house is aspacted by two melafics directly.
