Namaste

I am not sure about whether or not one should keep Shiv Linga at home. But in

my family, I noticed that we had Shiv Linga kept in our home mandir by my Grand

father, then my father's house also has one and when I got married, I also got

one and kept worshipping it.

People say once you keep Shiv Linga in your home and worship it, you have to

do it everyday but I am the only adult now in my house as I got divorced so

sometimes, the Linga does not get worshipped.

I dont know what advise can I give you on that front.

I am not well versed with the Shashtras, to be very frank. I went through a

hell in my life since 2003 when I found out about my ex-husband's affair. We

went through a divorce and he tried to destroy me by putting all kinds of court

cases and reporting to the police, etc. etc.

It was that time I approached one astrologer in Bombay and one here in Harare,

Zimbabwe. One suggested that I must do the abhishek of Shiv Linga everyday with

curd + oil + tumeric (or haldi) + black til seed. Without fail I started and I

saw an end to my troubles.

They say, this particular kind of abhishek removes the fear of enemy.

Mind you, I was all alone, working in Zimbabwe and fighting 5 court cases

against my husband who is a rich Indian based in Harare with full family support

of his parents and friends. He had 10 times more powerful black lawyer than

mine.

I hope I answered your querry.
