Melafics is 4th house gives indication of loss of wealth so there are less chance of full recovery. Rahu also present in 12th house which is again house of losses and shows suddent loss. 3. Lagna represents self while its just opposite 7th house represents enenemy or a person opposite to yourself so thief will be represented by 7H and its lord. 7th Lord is placed in fixed sign confirm me that thief has not ran aways and he can be Arrested from home, Mars is very powerfull plant being in lagna it makes a person very aggressive, it is there in lagna in prasna kundli and made me angerfull and aggressive immediately. 7th Lord (thief) is placed in 8th house (death, accident, troubles and injuries) which shows danger for the thief. It was aspacted by Mars (Palnet for police, army), Rahu (Lower Class People). 4. Moon gives the clear picture of duration of since it was in a dual sign and aspacted by jupiter so possibly he could be found immediately. Conclusion :Some lower class people were doing a civil work on 22nd oct , one of them taken out some money, ornaments and watch from my wordrob and ran away (work of an outsider, lower class person). And i came to know abt theft yesterday (time of prasna kundli) and aggressively i searched him with some availble contacts (mars was in lagna), just after little effort i could found him (he caught from a place nearby to my home , place of theft), he was beaten by some of my friends and his master havily (danger to his life since 7L was in 8th house), due to aspact of mars, police arrested him taken him on remand , again beaten havily , not only by police (aspact of mars on venus in 8th house), some other poople too (Aspact of rahu on venus in 8th house). Since saturn was placed in 4th house only some ornaments could be recovered, some portion of this he had sold (still that will again be recovered) but cash is total loss.
