Uranus (co-lord of 3rd) closely opposes Mercury, and from the navamsa chart Sun-Venus-Neptune falls in natal Aquarius-3rd house. Uranus probably rules the internet along with Mercury. In India Jupiter is said to rule speech. Or at least the gift of persuasive speech. Mercury rules writing. Moon rules fiction and poetry. Our server has been malfunctioning since yesterday afternoon. Rules exist for one purpose only >>to point the way. Free spirits can always caper above and beyond. Perhaps your Saturn has reverential aspects, best observed in silence.
