Yes...I have drawn up the charts: (Krisnamuarti positions, because my

Jyotish program does something strange with the F-B ayanamsa.

SHOOTING EVENT:

Asc: 27 Gem 25

MC 10 Pis 10

Mer 9 Pis 21 square Moon 9 Gem 46

The power point of this entire chart is Mars at 11 Lib 49:

Quincunx Mer/MC

Opp Sun 6 Ari 26 and Saturn 12 Ari 08

Quincunx Moon in Asc sign

Sq Neptune 10 Cap 33

How could we have predicted this event or at least some unfortunate event?

Look at the Krishnamurti Aries ingress: (Apr 13 21:19:19)

Ascendant 21 Libra 20

Mars foreground 14 Libra 04

Mars square Neptune 10 Cap 28

Mars opposite Saturn 11 Aries 18 (Angular T cross: Mars-Neptune-Saturn, the

same planets that are linked to the MC in the event chart through the close

quincunx of Mars and the sextile of Neptune.

Also in the K ingress, the Moon at 1 Pis 45 is conjunct Mercury at 2 Pis

38, which is the planet right at the MC in the event chart.) When

transiting Moon(9 Gem 46) moved into a exact degree square to Mercury (9

Pis 21) at the event MC and was in close orb to the Neptune and Mars in the

angular T-cross, the event happened.

EVENT CHART:

Mars, the key to the event chart has retrograded (by transit) to the degree

opposite ingress Saturn and more closely squares ingress Neptune. Remember

the ingress chart has Mars-Saturn-Neptune foreground.

So we see that the two angular configurations in the ingress chart

(Mars-Sat-Nep; Moon-Mercury quincunx the 0 Leo 38 MC)are the same two

angular configuations in the event chart, the Moon having moved into an

exact square to Mercury/MC, picking up its one degree ingress contact.

This is an almost perfect transit picture setting off the ingress chart.

You can just see the cog wheels turning until the event trigger

planets/angles lock into the ingress chart.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Fagan-Bradley ingress chart has the Moon conjunct Jupiter in Pisces (4
degree orb), not quite the configuration for a devestating shooting event.
(True, Pluto closely squares the Moon, but Pluto isn't tied in by close
transit to the key event configuations.)
Mars is more widely foreground in the F-B ingress, 9 degrees from the
ascendant. The Mars-Neptune-Saturn configuration is still there, but it's 2
degrees further from the angles than in the K ingress.
I set the F-B chart up for the K sun position at 59 minutes 2 seconds since
my program messes up calculations with the F-B ayanamsa. Anyone who has a
program set for F-B can simply set up a K ingress chart up by subtracting
59 minutes from the Sun's F-B ingress position (that would be 29 degrees
one minute for ...I think that would be it...). The planets and angles will
be in the F-B zodiac, but the relative angles and planetary postions will
be a day earlier.
Comparing the K and F-B earthquake ingresses have even more dramatic
results than the Columbine charts--that is, the tie-in between the
(nearest) sun-into-sign ingress and the event chart.
A lunation is still the New Moon no matter how astrologers have messed up
the terminology.
