To Brian Higgins:

Since astrology is simbolic by nature, astrologers spoke a different

language whenever they work or use with different symbols, such as

the zodiac(tropical or sidereal), the domification(more than 8

systems), different attributes for the planets, different meaning for

the houses, etc.

This is why I make reference to the Babel syndrome, where everybody

speaks a different language. Well that happens with the astrologers.

At least in a astrological list, made for the diffusion and anaylis

of the respective principles of a determinate school, we should

expect some uniformity and homogeinity, but this doesn't happen.

You can observe that here there are members who even defend the

tropical chart and olimpically discard the houses as a mechanism to

abscribe an area of life for the planets.

To Richard: The chart you propose has already been used by some

astrologers, with the same results of the Body chart. Remember that

even a 'dart chart' offers connections.

This complicates more what I mentioned above, because we not only

have conceptual differences about the basic concepts, but also each

one has his own chart for a nation or even a person.

I know astrologers that instead of using the data shown by the birth

certificate, they submit the chart to a process of rectification,( a

totally subjective analysis) ending with a new and different birth

hour.

There are even tropical astrologers who use the phrenology and

say : " you look like a leo. " So your ascendant must be leo and cancer!

This is the weird world of Urania. Where excentricism and lack of

discerning and logic reigns.

For me it is absurd to think that because astrology is an esoteric

discipline we should abandon reason or logic.

Quite the opposite, astrology is also a rational discipline,it has

its own set of rules and it requires a lot of analysis and specially

of DISCERNMENT, a quality that unfortunately is not very common in

the proffesion of astrology.

Oscar awards-Birthhour

Just 2 days ago I said that I would not give prognostics for the

Oscars, because I lacked the birth hour of Nicole and Brody, well

these 2 won the awards!.

I don't like to make guesses like many other astrologers do. To make

an astrological analysis we need an exact time and date. When we

don't have then we can't say we are using astrology.

The Thomas Jefferson Inauguration was never used before Sept 2002 when I

proposed it on ACT. " With the same results of the (sic) Body...(Boyd) chart "

is not making any sense. I have 35 different published charts for the US. I

tend them like sheep, knowing each their name.

To Richard:

Indeed I had already read prognostics made with that chart, although

at this moment I can't recall where exactly. Maybe in another

sidereal list but I am not sure.

In my case I am not acquainted with the paternity of the different

charts. So if you say you proposed it, I believe you.

If there are 36 charts as you say, that is a disgrace for astrology.

I had mentioned previously that I commit many typographical errors

in my postings. Here there was another, but I suppose you can always

make the correction mentally, instead of mentioning it to me.
