Guest guest
At 10:00 PM 1/13/2003, Ed Kohout <crumpo uttered something such as: <>*<>*<> BEGIN ORIGINAL MESSAGE <>*<>*<> > >You must be joking, or perhaps you have not read the entire >schizophrenic littany of Damon. Which is it? I read it; I'm not joking. In fact, that's not the first time I've read it, though it's the first time in awhile. I've been on the Internet for quite some time, long before the World Wide Web, in fact, so it would go without saying that I've seen that " flame " a time or two. That litany (might as well spell it correctly) did not phase me, and really is quite funny. Its history (all easily found with a simple search on the World Wide Web): What you read is partly taken from an oft-bitten flame written originally by Netrek Berkeley Golden Bear and master scoutbomber Felix Gallo aka sunscreamer. It was posted on November 8, 1996 to rec.games.netrek, widely known as the hottest gas-fire on Usenet. Written by someone who finds that " flame " to be well-written: The original, masterful flame may be found here: <http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=55tsud%245jp%40matrix.eden.com & rnum=1> This flame was reposted two days later to alt.humor.best-of-usenet by Tom Youderian (also a Netrek hall-of-famer), and was used at the end of 1996 as a catch-all spammer flame. A page at petemoss.com is dedicated to said flame, by someone named Guy Macon in the first instance of the plagiarizing of " the perfect flame " . A cursory Google search on " You puerile one-handed slack-jawed drooling meatslapper " reveals nearly 2,000 unauthorized uses of the above mentioned flame. Very good link: <http://www.guymacon.com/insult.txt> Another link: <http://neko.mi.org/%7Etawollen/humor/msg01049.html> >That you admire it so much, claiming to know of its origins, suggests >that you are perhaps in some psychological trouble yourself, Anna?? > > " Small people do small things. " I am certain most of us have some sort of psychological trouble, though to what degree is what separates us. That you, not knowing me at all, would suggest something such as that with such negative undertones indicates you have a much more serious psychological problem than I ever could. I was merely trying to give you an idea of where that post came from, and you take to attacking me -- the messenger. A good flame must be factual, insightful, and have lots of personal attacks mixed in. The more accurate those attacks are, the better the flame. After seeing your personality a bit better, with your direct attack towards me for no reason, I can see that the flame sent to you was definitely very good, as it was very accurate. This all is, of course, IMNSHO. Of course, after doing a bit of research, I find that " Crumpo " sure fits you -- though maybe " Grumpo " or " Frumpo " is better, though. Further, I find that the picture you display at: <http://www.startiming.net/mundane.html> is definitely interesting. I'm certain anyone on the list who hasn't taken a gander at your photo will soon be doing so...and probably falling over in fits of laughter at the same time (or could that be running to use the toilet). Good day. Anna

Mr Ed you truly are a " one-trick horse " as they say in the entertainment industry. You regurgitate the same thing over and over like a robot. I see why you are so impotent with such a pronounced lack of creativity. O----------Damon------------O > > A dog taking a stinky shit in front of the King?
