No, Sri Yukteswar puts the ending of Kali at 1699 (maybe that's what you meant to say above?) including the 100 year Kali sandhi (pages 13-14). Dwapara starts about 1700 according to Sri Yukteswar. The forward by Yogananda lists 249 Dwapara as 1949. But I think these dates are off a little because the precessional cycle isn't an even 24,000 years. Also I think Sri Yukteswar considered an ayanamsa that wasn't quite correct. (But he's still an Enlightened Sage.) I've worked this out on paper in the past because I wanted to check events against the precessional cycle and some of Cayce's events and dates.
