The tropical positions are obtained by adding the ayanamsha (degree/minute/second of difference), current epoch values are: Synetic Vernal Point = 5 PI 14' 25 " Ayanamsha = 24 45' 35 " In 221 AD, both SVP and Ayanamsha were 0 0' 0 " , Zero Year. Both the tropical and sidereal zodiacs were at the same point then. In 3000 BC, the sidereal positions were the same as above, but a tropical zodiac would have had Aldebaran (15 Taurus in sidereal) at zero Aries and Antares (15 Scorpio) at zero Libra . Precession moves the tropical zodiac at a rate of around 1 degree every 72 years retrograde.
