In other words, the point on the ecliptic one calls 0* Aries will more or less be that point for all eternity. One determines zodiacal longitude from the fixed stars rather than the Equinox points. After that, you're on your own. Or, to put a happier face on it, there's no reason why there can't be just as much diversity among Siderealists as there is among Tropicalists. Guest guest
Hello! Great to see some SideREALists in the house! I've been lazy and self loathing of late but it's just too important (or at least we must trick ourselves into believing its important otherwise we are all Buddah and its all over, right? I guess thats the key, trick AND treat ;> 2 Questions: 1. What do we think @ the Sun being considered a malefic? I know that certain Vedic explorations have come to such conclusions. I know for myself that there is nothing more nauseating than an egotistical xenophobe. And my least favorite environmental condition is a hot, cloudless day in the desert, not to mention it is deadly. 2. What is the power of the " ruling " planet of a chart? I have Aquarius Rising and this means that Uranus is my ruling planet, right? What exactly is that effect? Goodness and Light, JohnM.
