Actually, the military's purpose isn't so much to kill (sorry, Mr Limbaugh) as it is to make other countries think twice about killing us. BTW, keep in mind that the Mars-Neptune interactions in murderers are _extreme cases_. Most people who have Mars-Neptune aspects grow up in environments where they learn how to handle the energies. So, while it may turn out that Mars-Neptune is disproportionately present in murderers' charts, I don't think that a person suspected of murder should have their horoscope introduced as evidence.
