Lahiri ayanamsam is approved by Indian Astrological Bureau classifed as standard. But some follow KP ayanamsam for their prediction. After a clear research in ayanamsam, lahiri, Raman, Kp, chitra paksham you can conclude which is best. 1)as per birth chart ( wheather,we are a practising Astrologer, or knowing astrology) 2)Guru's blessing, 3)Upasana 4)inner intution will help to predict one's chart in my opinion i feel KP's ayanamsam is good for me to predict, I adore my gurugi and KSK our astro forefathers, hindu sages our Sun God etc etc... you should ask yourself, confuse later if you have astro predicting power will help you with regards s.kumar --- Hasmukhrai Mehta <astroclinik wrote: You should deduct 6 minutes from Lahiri Ayanamsa to arrive at KP Ayanamsa.
