This is because you are scorpio ascendant, whose ruler is Mars, and its located in 10th house, aspecting 4th house, which is real estate. Also Mars is in nakshatra ruled by Venus, which is place in 4th house, so you will enhance Venus energy as well. This should help your real estate dealings. Please remove the blue Saphire, it is not helpful because Saturn restricts the energy of the house it is in. Saturn expands only by aspect. So if you had a career relating to things having to do with the Sun, Saturn would help up to an extend, but it will not help with real estate career as it works as a blocker in whatever house it is located in.
