Guest guest
Dean Mr.Ron Gaunt, Many thanks for the reply. Imust confess that I delved into this topic quite sometime back and could not dig deer as frankly I was constrained for time. Would it be too much if I ask you to suggest some links where I could update/learn, possibly with quoted case studies. Please do not mistake me. I am still in a different profession as a financial analyst to earn my daily bread, though astrology happens to be my passion. There was a time when I used to apply KP to predict when the failed power will return or a telephone call will come through and so on. But I have much less time now and therefore any guidance which minimizes my effort will be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Seshadri In fact moving to locationswhere either Benefics or Malefics are on the angles can have aprofound effect on your circumstances. Regarding Hurricane Katrina you may be interested in thefollowing that I posted on another List as it was not knownwhether Katrina would bypass New Orleans.Ron GauntCOPYIn view of Hurricane Katrina threatening New Orleans anddiscussion on whether it would skirt the City, I thought that itwould be interesting to have a look at the relevant Ingress ofthe Sun.Cancer Ingress of the Sun occurred on 16th Jul 2005 at 1:51:02am CDT +5:00 New Orleans 29N57:16 090W04:30.This gives Malefic Saturn less than 5* from the IC conjunct theIngress Sun. Saturn is close opposition Chiron which sits onthe MC. Neptune an unsettling force in mundane charts, is angular in the 10th and highly elevated. It also squares theradical Ascendant.Coming forward to the current time Saturn closes in to 1* of theIngress Meridian axis and Mars comes conjunct the Ascendant.Transit Mars exactly squares Ingress Neptune.Mars Saturn thus forms the most dynamic of all configurationsa Mundane square, and is further beset by Neptune intervention.Whilst benefic Venus is angular in the 4th in the Ingresssuggesting some ameliorating factor, it moves on and currentlyjoins Jupiter in the Ingress 6th house.Unfortunately it does not look promising for New Orleans.Ron GauntOn Thu, 1 Sep 2005 10:10:17 -0700 (PDT), you wrote:>>>Makes me want to ask the question>>What does the group think. Guest guest
Dear Sesh, Sorry about the delay, your mail got diverted to the wrong holding box. As far as I know there are no specific sites dealing in relocation astrology. This is something many Western astrologers get involved in when they start doing Solar and Lunar Returns, where they set them for the place they are living or staying. Later perhaps they go on to further study of 'Astrocartography' or 'Astrolocality', but these require software that produces geographic maps. I could suggest books for the latter, but I would suggest first studying the Solar and Lunar Return techniques of the Western Sidereal School. A start could be made with Solar and Lunar Returns by Donald Bradley, and Interpreting Solar Returns by James Eshelman. By the way Solar and Lunar Returns tie in very nicely with KP. Hope this helps Ron Gaunt On Thu, 1 Sep 2005 22:10:27 -0700 (PDT), you wrote: >Dean Mr.Ron Gaunt, >Many thanks for the reply.
