Guest guest
While on 11th house, i would like to highlight one Unique Horoscope. Unique in the sense Majority of the planets in Jupiter(8th house)star & Saturn(3rdhouse)sub. Here I would like to know Whether Guruji always gave importance to Bhava. But in many horoscopes where planets are in one bhava & another Rashi, he gets mixed results. But KP system says results should be predicted as per Bhav only. For eg. in this particular horoscope jupiter is placed in Karka Rashi(9th) but 8th house. Ravi,Ketu,Shukra placed in Tula(12th) but in 11th house always gave results of loss, wastage, seclusion, isolation, defeat, disappoint etc. i.e. the results of 8th & 12th. Why its so??? Guest guest
Dear parag, I have also observed the kind of situations you have described. To explain this I tried a method as follows: Take the longitudinal distance of any planet from the next cusp. Devide it by the difference of longitudes of previous and the next. This will be a fraction varying between 0 and 1.This somewhat akin to Residential stregnth used in Shadbala calculations(say RS). example: say Jup is at 343. The privious and next cusp are 316 and 348 respctively, corresponding to 8th and 9th Bhavas. Then, RS = (348-343)/(348-316) = 5/32 =0.16 In this particular case, though Jup is in 8th bhava, he is closer to 9th bhava. Hence his effect as 8th Bhava will be negligible. Whenever a planet is close to a cusp, the RS approaches, value =1; whenever it is close to next cusp RS approaches value zero. Hence when RS value is close to 1.0, the corresponding Bhava effects are prominent. if it is in the neighbour hood of 0.5, the effect both bhavas will be present; when it is close to zero effect of next bhava will be predominant. I have found this to be working in all jatakas. Please check whether this observation applies in the case you are refering to. Guest guest
Dear Parag, K.P., gives a method to determine what percentage of benefits indicated by the various planets will be actually enjoyed by the native...(depending upon his prarabhda...). This is directly dependent on the strength of the Lord of the Lagna ... Four levels of strength are described...and the benefits that will thus accrue are stated...ref:Astrosecrets & K.P.,Part I,Pp 94-96... If you read thru K.P. books,Parag, you will dicover for yourself, that K.P., has been made devoid of "complicated rules and more complicated calculations...!" The Rules are simple and straight forward, with very little or NO ambiguity at all...that is the beauty of K.P., Sir...! With best wishes, Yours sincerely, lyrastro1 GOOD LUCK !parag_m_g <parag_m_g wrote: Superb, Really I will check this. Though I will have to understand what you have written again. Guest guest
Dear Yogesh, Looking through the List I notice that houses 1,6, and 7 are not included. How do you assess the strength of a Lagna Lord deposited in these houses? Also conditional is that the Lagna Lord tenants the Stars of Lords of houses 2,10,11 or 5,8,12. What if he doesn't occupy any of these?
