If 3rd is indicated you can expect change of residence. or transfer may be in the same place in office - like change of seat / dept., etc., once in three years transfers are not frequent transfer. in case of transfer - different events may be like 1. transfer on promotion / on harrasment / punishmnet etc., 2. native may change place with family or he may go alone for differnet rreasons iny any event etc/. Once a person asked me whether his partner(in business) will cheat him. I observed that the significator of 8th was operating (partner earning money/difficultes/ disappointments) and indicated that there is a distinct possibility. Was there anything else that should have been checked to say one way or the other emphatically?
