The candidate is my wife sitting for higher qualifications in medicine. The number given is 21. I have tried casting a horary chart as per KP and also had a learned friend do so. However it is one we have debated. I would be grateful if you could try to answer the query. We have used KP and based it on his 4 level and sub theory. Thank you. The RPS at time of judmnet are found to be significators of these house. None is Retro. Sat the Lagna Lord is Strongest of rp, is significator of 11th, and 9th So The answer is YES. She will pass. We also thought the same as saturn was a significator of a number of houses including 14911 but when we look at 11th house saturn is 4th level sig and thus not powerful isn't it? It is more powerful in other houses some of which were 8th to the significator houses that is why I had my doubts.
