Yes, I agree with you. That is why yesterday I ran my program on the

supplied data with a deviation of 10 minutes. Since you and TW

wanted with other possiblities, I ran the program with other options.

Dear Rangarajan

I am reproducing a note on How to Fix Birth Time based on RPS.which I found in RP AND KP

This has relevance to our present search also.

HOROSCOPE CAST WITH HELP OF RULING PLANETS IN ABSENCE OF BIRTH TIME ITSELF

Page 93 from RP & KP.

Notes: Only day and date were given:

Ruling planets @ 8,25 p.m. 0n 233/12/1969 Madras

1. Day Lord Mars2. Star Lord of Moon Rahu3. Sign Lord of Moon Merc Moon 67 -17-56

4. Sign Lord of ASC Moon5 Star Lord of Asc Saturn

In absence of relevant birth particulars ,K.S.K advocates taking Moon,s

positin for fixing the birth ASC degree of the Native.

guided by the RPs and their respective powers I arrived at the following

Rahu (star lord of Moon) as SUB LORD of Lagna

Merc (Sign lord of Moon) as STAR LORD of Lagna

MOON (Sign lord of asc) as SIGN LORD OF LAGNA

SAT (Star lord of ASC ) as SUB SUB LORD of Lagna

MARS (DAY LORD ) as sub,sub,sub of LAGNA

From these parameters the Exact Degree is calculated as 114 -53 -11 sec

From this the Time of Birth is calculated for the Birth Place .

These calculations were shown to KSK on 19 -1-1970.

The RPS at that time were worked out as:

Day Lord MoonMoon Star Lord MarsMoon Sign Lord MercAsc Sign Lord MercAsc Star Lord Rahu Sat being in Kumbham is fully represented.

So the original Chart worked out is correct.

I have not extracted the whole article. But this gives the method of

fixinf the Birth Time, using Ruling Planets..

This also shows that KSK himself had advocated the rule we are trying to

Dear Raichur ji,

I think it is as:

RP Moon = Birth Asc

RP Asc. = Birth Moon

I am try to findout in wich readers KSK give remark on this.

And also K.Bhaskarn's Book of rectification of birthtime mention about this Rul .

I will try to findout from readers and infrom you.
