Prasna :Will I be able to get/buy the land?

Dear Members,

 

I had a discussion with the owner of the land

regarding buying a land from

her on 21-May-2005 (Saturday) at 9:40 AM, Mangalore

(12N52, 74E53). The

discussion went on till 10:30AM. The seller (owner)

did not agree to my

buying price. So the discussion was not successful.

But I have intimated

the broker that the seller has to clear his stand on

the price within 3

days and I will not agree to the price quoted by the

seller. Both of us have

stick to our prices.

 

So I had put a query on 22-May-2005 ; 10:51AM;

Mangalore (12N52, 74E53).

 

Query? Will I get the land?

This query had other hidden queries that I have put at

the end of the

discussion of the chart.

 

Please provide your suggestions/comments/feedback etc.

MO S(4,1,2,9) => The query is related to land (4)

Also Asc CSL is MO. So the mind reflects the query.

 

Will the desire of the native get fulfilled?

 

11csl, Rh (S(4,12,9 & 10)) => that the native will

invest (12) in land (4)

and the seller will lose the possession (9) of the

land. Rh is in the star

of Me. Both 11csl and star lord of 11csl are direct.

 

4csl, Sa (S(3,6,10,12,7,8,9))=> The seller (7) will

lose his possession on

the land (9 => 3 from 7) and due to this the financial

position will improve

(8 => 2 to 7)

The buyer has to borrow money (6) to buy the land (10

=> 4 to 7) that is in

the possession of the seller. 4csl, Sa in the star of

Ju => borrowing from

bank or financial institutions?

 

Will the buyer prosper after buying the land?

11csl, Rh in the sub of Ve (S(11)) strong significator

of 11 house. So this

indicates the native will prosper.

 

I have few queries (Hidden Queries) regarding prasna

chart.

1) How to find out the financial status of the seller

(Is he under debt?

etc)?

2) How to find out the financial status of the buyer?

3) Why does the seller want to sell the land?

4) Is there any family dispute because of which the

seller is selling the

land?

5) Is there any trouble from the government because of

which the seller is

selling the land?

6) Will there be any litigation?

7) Will the buyer face any problem/litigation after

buying the land?

8) Will the buyer prosper after buying the land?

9) When will the seller contact the buyer? (As we have

not concluded about

the price)
