Is Moti gem Compatible with Gomed gem ?

Hi members, This is first time i am writting to you as i think this forum has some sense, i am with astrology for above 5+ years now, but still like to share your views over this issue. Can i wear a moti 5.33 carats in silver ring (ring finger) provided i am already wearing gomed gem stone in gold ring (middle finger) currently.

 

Can you suggest wheather my decission to wear these two Ratnas is Right or Wrong, you may also suggest any improvements if required. Also you feedback over my future good and bad is apprecialble to judge my knowledge in astrology which i have gained...
