Guest guest
Thanks everyone. I greatly appreciate your input. There is one more question i have. After calculating the RPs, while predicting the time of fructification of event, should we look at the dasha ruled by those RPs or the transit of lagna, moon, sun, jupiter. Once again thanks everyone for their input. regards anurag - Gopalachary p.m. Sunday, May 08, 2005 2:46 AM Re: Can someone please guide me Dear Friend, Good morning Ruling planets consist of Day lord Sign lord Star lord lagna lord lagna star lord of ascending sign and not number ascendant. Guest guest
Dear Anurag, Firstly, select only those significators who are in the sub of the stromgest significators, eliminate all others... then, take RPs to select the right Dasa -Bhukti -Anthara-Sookshma period and, finally, fine-tune with the transit of the Moon, the Sun, or the Dasa-lord, as is applicable, as per Expected Time of Event... This is the step-by-step-procedure to be adopted to correctly time the event...as per K.P. ! With best wishes, Yours sincerely, lyrastro1 GOOD LUCK ! Guest guest
Sri Punit Pandey and others, Whilst RPs include Ascendant details where the Astrologer sits for judgement,Horary no could also be used for Yes/No answer e.g. Gulbarga Theory.Additionally,if more than one case is being examined,Horary No given by the querist(s) could be more effective Are above views valid? Guest guest
Dear Anurag, You will not get confused,if you read K.P. books carefully, and calmly, digest it properly before rushing into making predictions in an aweful hurry...one cannot reach the status of an "expert' overnight...! One has to be patient, read carefully then apply, make mistakes and learn from them, read again, experiment a number of times and then slowly gain confidence in correctly applying K.P. This stage, one will necessarily have to go through,if one wants to become an "expert" overnight...usually. Pl. don't be offended,my experience has been that young people, these days, are always in a tearing hurry...to become an 'expert' at the earliest...and end up with "half-baked" knowledge...pl. study, coolly and calmly, and apply and maske post-mortems and improve...before rushing into attempting predictions...with any degree of confidence... Guest guest
Satish ji, I normally never use RPs based on number. I also didn't find Gulbarga theory much useful. It is strictly my opinion and other experts astrologers who are using those methods can tell you better. Guest guest
Dear sir, First of all i would like to thank you for your suggestions and i am certainly not offended by your remarks. I am very grateful to get advise from so many learned people and i greatly appreciate your's and others time and patience to help people like us and i sincerely apologize if i have conveyed that impression. I am reading Horary Astrology by KP. What i am currently doing is whatever i am learning, i want to put to practice. My current focus is to start on a very small level. For eg, predicting the time of my roommates arrival. For now, I dont intend to predict time for events which would take days or months or years. I am currently focusing on events which will occur on the same day. I will move forward once i start getting accurate results for these small predictions. While reading the book, i noticed that both the methods (number lagna or rising lagna) were being used and hence i thought this is the ideal place to get suggestions, for which i am really thankful to you and everyone. I have one more question for you. From what i have read so far, to calculate the time of fructification on the same day, we move lagna. Now there might be more then one combinations of the ruling planets. So, if the ascendant at the time of judgement is a movable sign, then we take the first combination and if it is a fixed sign then we take the last one. But what if it is a dual sign? Once again i thank you all for your time and help. thanks and regards anurag - Yogesh Rao Lajmi Monday, May 09, 2005 2:11 AM Re: Can someone please guide me Dear Anurag, You will not get confused,if you read K.P. books carefully, and calmly, digest it properly before rushing into making predictions in an aweful hurry...one cannot reach the status of an "expert' overnight...! Guest guest
Dear Yogesh, I would like to see whether I understand this correctly. Are you saying that you take the SUB of : a Star Lord (or other 1st class significator) and then use this if it is a RP, to ascertain the quality of the dasa - if that Sub is in the dasa sequence? I ask this because I have seen examples in the books using the Star Lords of the dasa planets. Guest guest
Dear Ron, Let us say that for houses II,VII & XI , we have got the significators as Jup,Merc,Sat,Moon,Sun,Rahu,Kethu... Among these, we should select those who are in the subs of the the significators of II,VII & XI...for timing marriage date ...drop the rest...these will be the strongest to offer favourable results... Narrow down further, with RPs, selecting only those RPs posited in the sub of the significators of II,VII & XI...eliminate all the others...(and so on...for any set of houses selected for analysis, appropriate to the event being analysed...) This will ensure the selection of significators who will fructify the matter being judged...and finally fine-tune with transit...! I hope I have clarified the method sufficiently ? Pl. do not hesitate to ask for more clarification,if needed... Yours sincerely, lyrastro1 GOOD LUCK !
