Your mails are not moderated and should appear immediately on the board. If it has not happened, it may be due to some problem with service. Please let me know is it always with you that your mails are not appearing immediately? I have seen that people come from different astrological systems background and sometimes that leads to personal attacks which create chaos & destroy the ambiance. For example, we have seen the case of Sandy ji leaving the forum. The messages are moderated just due to avoid similar problems. I have good experience of managing communities of different sizes both astrology and non-astrology and found that after a certain size, it becomes really important to moderate otherwise most of the time forum wastages its energy in discussing off subject topics rather than topics itself. Anyways, keeping above points in mind, please let me know your opinion. In fact I want to make forum unmoderated as it takes my lots of time and energy. Another solution of this problem can be to add more moderators from the forum so the multiple moderators can review and approve the messages. I am considering this too. However, if any member complains reg the posting, you as a Moderator, can warn the defaulting member, and then if he stll persists remove him from the list.
