Dear friend myself a retired teacher from Hyderabad,.I gave my apartment on rental basis to a mess in 2000 without rental agreement on paper.He gave it to his worker''on''G.P.A'' basis to look after his mess in month of march 2007 and went to his village.thia G.P.A Holder filed a civil suit for for 2500 and said in his affidavit that he was paying only rs 1000 rent per month.I called original tenant and he cancelled and revoked the ''G.P.A'ON 19TH SEP 2007.actually the suit was filed by g.p.a holder not tenant.The stay order was cncellled on 18th dec 2007 and suit was dismissed .Again the same g.p.a holder got a rental agreement with his friend on revenue stamped paper and the new rental person filed a suit in civil court on 20th dec2007.this rental agreement was done on august date before G.P.A ''CANCELLATION DATE ..IN G.P.A ORDER IN WAS MENTIONED THAT THE HOLDER HAS NO RIGHT TO SELL OR TRANSACTION ON PROPERTY . 1,THE ORIGINAL TENANT GAVE

IT IN WRITING THAT HE VACATED AND GAVE IT ON PAPER WHICH I SUBMITTED IN COURT 2,G.P.A HOLDER DOES'T HAVE RIGHT TO GIVE IT RENTAL BASIS TO A NEW PERSON. ONLY DELAY WILL BE CAUSED BUT I WILL NOT GO FOR COMPROMISE .PLEASE GIVE YOUR TEL NOPLEASE

I would suggest you do an out of court

settlement. the present planetary situation is not quite favourable

to you..Since rents are on the upswing, even if you have to pay some

money to the tenant,it would be a wise decision.

 

Moree than astrologer a good Advocate would

be help ful.

As per K.P., the following Houses denote the following matters...pl. therefore apply this and find out foryourself...it will help you learn K.P. better...

VI - Litigation as such.

VII - Opponent/Lawyer

X - The Judge.

I - The Judgement

XI - Law

XII - Expenditure by way of Court Fees/Lawyer's fees etc...

Iam posing a problem for learned members of this group about my problem of apartment in a civil court .The case is prolonging and postponing dates.Now it is posted for 1st april and no valid grounds are there towin it intheir favour.I know about decision will come in my favour bur actual date i require through this noble science group .Iam not worried about the case but to give the required strengthabout my thinking of k.p method , i want the date of getting it through court .Tenant gave a letter of vacating it and G.P.A holder filed the suit and g.p.a was also cancelled and revoked .no relevant ground are there for g.p.a holder to hold it long time .I want to know the date and month for getting my apartment through k.p method please thank you

This is the second time I am writing in this forum. All

points that shuklaji has raised are not true.

1. 1952 book was given to my grandfather by Major(Dr)J.P. Varma , Ministry Of

Home Affairs New Delhi on 21-1-1966.

2.My father published Lal Dairy in 1995 that was based on lal kitab

3.What he told in his speech that he has transliterated these books is true .

4. He is Having a group of five people who helped him.

5. He dont have any hasitation to take name of yograj prabhakar ji.

6.As on that particular lecture the topic was SANSKRIT AND SANSKRITI .

7. one day before his lecture he was in Chandigarh and he was addresing 60

astrologers on lal kitab Mr. Nirmal Bhardwaj and Mr. Pradeep Sharma was Present

there .
