The combination in the 9th is good for money matters. " maya daulat chahe hardam barhta, asar chandra khud manda ho " It is the karaks of moon which will suffer. i.e. the peace of mind will stay disturbed. The native will feel some thing missing even if he has all the worldly possessions. He may not even know what is missing in his life. The best upaya suggested is to feed milk to snakes. But on page 168 Line no 4 says that benefic ketu = saturn+venus will make mangal nek doubly powerful. Why this contridiction. 'do guna mangal nek ki taqat ko bhi barbad karenge' I believe that here the word should have been 'mangal bud' instead of 'mangal nek' I quote the following: mangal ka ketu se talluk: do ketu { ek to asal ketu; doosara uchcha masnuyee ketu yani shukra shani mushtarka ya neech ketu masnuyee ketu chandra shani mushtarka} ikatthe hi mushtarka hon ya vaham drishti mein hon, to mangal do guna nek hoga, lekin agar mangal bud ho to ketu mushtarka { asal ketu va masnuyee ketu, khwah uchcha masnuyee khwa neech masnuyee} do guna managal bud ki taqat ko bhi barbad karke use nek kar denge" [ 1942 urdu ed; page 325 ; lines 21-24 ] Identical statement is in the 1952 urdu ed; page 888 ; lines 1-4. Guest guest Posted February 16, 2009 Report Share Posted February 16, 2009 hi, i would like to thank all the boarder for such a interactive discussion on the saturn+ moon combination in the 9th house. upays were discussed in detail. i still remember long back my visit to uncle at udaipur who sees horoscope based on lal kitab and he has shown me the book stating this malefic combination. i agree with u that native goes through the feeling that there is a something missing from the life, although money aspects are normal not good but not bad too. but i think the money in life, satisfaction with the life and other aspects belong to other planetory combination also. I have read some books by some renowned lalkitabis and seen with my own eyes them prescribing the remedy of drinking alchohol regardless of the state of native's health. To lend authenticity a novelty is added " take a dropper and pore 4 drops on tongue, the first thing in the morning. Thanks to the discussion now we know that it is to be used in case of health problem only. Otherwise it may even turn other items of saturn malefic . I wonder if a man who has a robust health and once used alchohol at some time of his life be satisfied by 4 drops only. Kulbir.
