Guest guest
Dear Varunji, Thanks for the suggestion. Few years ago, due to my jyotish Gurus grace, they made me calculated few hundreds of horoscopes by hand, all aspects of traditional calculation (many dasas and their concept, varges, astakvarge, shadbal, etc) just to understand it better. Now due to Priyaji sir Ashirwad, i am trying to understand some little bit of LK concept. (though i am very much lazy) What i am able to understand by the table given by pundit ji is as follows: Nakshatra : Lordship as per LK : years: ------ 1 Ashwini(Aries)Jupiter 6 2 Bharani Sun 2 3 Krittika Moon 1 4 Rohini Venus 3 5 Mrigashirsha Mars 6 6 Ardra Mercury 2 7 Punarvasu Saturn 6 8 Pushya Rahu 6 9 Ashlesha Ketu 3 ---------- 35 years ---------- Same repetition 2nd cycle 10 Magha (Leo) 11 P. Phalguni 12 U. Phalguni 13 Hasta 14 Chitra 15 Swati 16 Vishaka 17 Anuradha 18 Jyeshta ------------ same repetition 3rd cycle 19 Mula (Sagittarius) 20 P. Shadha 21 U. Shadha 22 Shravana 23 Dhanishta 24 Satabisha 25 P. Bhadra 26 U. Bhadra 27 Revati ---------------- I hope Priya Sir, is mentioning this concept for calculating LK-35 years cycle. My question is Why we have started Moon in 'Aries' with 'Jupiter' balance Dasa instead of 'Saturn' dasa balance, ? if 35yrs cycles starts from Saturn. In traditional astrology planetary lordship over nakshatras is different in different dasa, for eg Vinshottari dasa and Astottari dasa. Thanks and regards, Vijay Goel Jaipur. , " varun_trvd " <varun_trvd wrote: > > Respected Vijay ji, > > You will not find this table in the Lal Kitab. It is a table > calculated by our Guru Pt. Guest guest
Respected Vijay ji, Yes, the starting point of the 35 year dasha cycle has to be worked out exactly the way the starting point of Vinshottari Dasha is worked out. Do not confuse between the 35 year age cycle [ aayu chakra ] and the 35 year dasha cycle. The 35 year age cycle starts with 6 years of saturn, followed by 6 years of Rahu, then Ketu etc. The 35 year dasha cycle starts with 6 years of Jupiter , followed by 2 years of sun, then moon etc. [ Table on page 10, bottom of 1952 Arun sanhita] Regards, Varun Trivedi , " Vijay Goel " <goyalvj wrote: > > Dear Varunji, > > Thanks for the suggestion. Guest guest
Dear Varunji, It is now clear to me that 35yrs dasa cycle and 35yrs age cycle are different. But again here 'Antar dasa' will be NOT calculated as per Vinshottari dasa concept. Here in page 8 and as well as page 10 Arun sahita 1952 ed., 'Darmiyani grah' intermediate planet table is clearly mentioned. There is only 3 planets with equal proportionaly divided. (Not all 9 planets). This is also explained by an example by pundit ji, reproduced here again. " The native is currently going through the Saturn dasha of the 35 year dasha chakra. Now let us work out the antardasha within this dasha Saturn dasha starts on : 20 †" 6 - 2004 Rahu 0 †" 0 †" 2 [-] 10 ------------------------ 10 †" 6 †" 2006 Mercury : 0 †" 0 †" 2 [-] 10 --------------------------- 30 †" 5 †" 2008 Saturn : 0 †" 0 †" 2 [-] 10 ------------------------- 20 †" 5 †" 2010 " Now my last doubt is in tha balance dasa of first planet, we will divide this 'balance dasa' in three equal parts or take it as it is. Here in example, " balance of the Jupiter dasha left at 8d10’ will be 27 †" 3 †" 2. " Now please clarify this 2 years 3 month and 27 days is equally divided into three parts for ketu, jupiter and sun or 3 months 27 days of jupiter antar is left and 2 years of sun antar is left. Thanks and regards, Vijay Goel Jaipur. , " varun_trvd " <varun_trvd wrote: > > Respected Vijay ji, > > Yes, the starting point of the 35 year dasha cycle has to be worked > out exactly the way the starting point of Vinshottari Dasha is > worked out. > > Do not confuse between the 35 year age cycle [ aayu chakra ] and the > 35 year dasha cycle. > > The 35 year age cycle starts with 6 years of saturn, followed by 6 > years of Rahu, then Ketu etc. > > The 35 year dasha cycle starts with 6 years of Jupiter , followed by > 2 years of sun, then moon etc. [ Table on page 10, bottom of 1952 > Arun sanhita] > > Regards, > > Varun Trivedi > > > > > > > > , " Vijay Goel " > <goyalvj@> wrote: > > > > Dear Varunji, > > > > Thanks for the suggestion. Guest guest
Respected Varun ji, [ 1 ] Unlike the Vinshottari dasha, the 35 year dasha of the Lal Kitab has only three antardasha of equal duration, where as in the Vinshottari dasha system each planet has its proportional share in the antar dasha also. [ 2 ] At the time of birth, in the example with moon at 8d10 in Aries the balance of dasha left to be gone through is 2 year, 3 months and 27 days. This will not be devided in three equal parts. Instead 3 months and 27 days will be the portion of Jupiter and the 2 years will be that of the Sun.
