Dhoke ka Grah â€" Planet of deceit

 

The planet of deceit is a very powerful planet.

The nature of the planet is basically uncertain.

If it gives benefic results, it will be doubly

beneficial, and if it gives malefic results it

could be doubly malefic. It is this unsure and

uncertain nature of the planet which makes

it a planet of deceit.

 

[ A ] Planet of deceit for the year of age :

 

For each year of the age a planet has been

identified as a planet of deceit. The method to

find it out is that make a table of 12 X 11 columns

[horizontal 12, vertical 11 ]; in the top column

across fill the planets in this sequence : Sun,

moon, ketu, mars, mercury, Saturn, rahu, planets

of the 8th house, planets of the 9th house, Jupiter,

venus, planets of the 12th house. Down below in

the rest of the blanks fill the years from 1 to 120.

 

You can look up the planet of deceit for any

particular year based on the native’s age. For

example during the 52nd year it will be the Mars

which could act as a planet of deceit.

 

This is a sthir table [fixed table] and does not

change every year. This table will hold good

for the whole life of the native.

 

Note : If a house is unoccupied then write the

rasi lord of that house in the column.

 

[ B ] Planet of deceit according to the Varsh Phal :

 

To find out which planet is likely to act as a

planet of deceit for a particular year according

to the Varsh phal, once again draw a table of

12 X 11 columns. In the top column first plot

the Sun in the house it is placed in the Varsh phal.

Then plot the rest of the planets in the same

sequence as given above.

 

Note : If a house is unoccupied then write the

rasi lord of that house in the column.

 

 

Suppose you are looking at the 52nd year Varsh

Phal chart, the sun is in the 7th house of the varsh

phal chart, then first write the Sun in the 7th column,

in the 8th column where in the fixed table it is the

planets placed in the 8th house, in this table it will

be the moon and then Ketu in the 9th, and then

mars in the 10th and so on. This is a char table

[ moving table ] This table will keep changing

every year according to the placement of the

Sun in the Varsh Phal chart.

 

If you notice in this Varshphal chart based table

the planet of deceit for the 52nd year will be the Jupiter.

 

Thus during the 52nd year of the native, Mars will

be the planet of deceit according to the fixed table

of age and Jupiter according to the Varsh Phal chart

based table. Therefore there can be one or more than

one planets of deceit for a native in any year.

 

[ C ] Planet placed in the 10th house :

 

A planet in the 10th house can also behave like

a planet of deceit. If the same planet gets placed

in the 10th house once again during a varsh phal

then it will certainly act as a planet of deceit.

 

Summarizing, in any particular year the following

category of planets can be of deceit : Those

indicated in the fixed table based on age ; those

indicated in table based on the varsh phal ; and

a planet of the 10th house once again getting

placed in the 10th in a varsh phal chart.

 

I would like to remind you once again that a

planet of deceit does not mean a malefic planet.

It can be both either a benefic or a malefic.

In both the cases it will be very powerful and

the results can be twice of what it would

normally give.

Dhoke ka grah zaroori nahin ki dhoka he dega. In the examples, Mars and Jupiter as par tables are dhoke ka grah.Please clarify as to how to know that yeh grah dhoka zaroor denge aur agar denge to us ke liye kaya remedy karni chahiye.

Will these two planets give a dhoka at all ?

Of the two planets which will give a dhoka?

Will both give the dhoka?

When will they give dhoka?

 

These questions can be answered only through the events and

incidents narrated by the native, or what we in LK terminology call

nishaniyan. If there are some adverse effects on the brother, or on

the significations of the house where the Mars is placed, then we

know that it is the Mars which is acting as a dhoke ka grah.

 

Similarly about the Jupiter, if the father or some other elderly

person is being adversely affected or the significations of the

house where Jupiter is posited are being adversely affected then we

know it is the Jupiter which is acting as a dhoke ka grah.

 

There is no other way to find out before hand as to which of these

two is going to act as a dhoke ka grah. It is not only true in the

case of these two planets, but even otherwise it is only after the

events and incidents narrated by the native that an astrologer can

come to know which planet is acting as a malefic or a benefic.

According to the LK paddhati all planets can act malefic and

benefic. It is only through the events and incidents it can be

ascertained as to which planet is acting in what capacity.

 

As for the upaya it should be done according to the house the planet

is placed in.

In Point [A], if house 8,9,12 is unoccupied than for 8th house : Mars

and Saturn (two planets ?) and for 9-12 house : Jupiter is recommended

on page 42 last line Arun sahita 1952.

Q1)If we go by Kalpurush method than it is mars for 8th (why saturn) and

jupiter of 9,12 th house.

Q2)Can we can take as per lord of 8,9,12 houses in Natal Horoscope ?

(any your personal experience)

 

As per point [C], the planet on 10th house comes in 10th house in

varshphal in following years :

6th, 15th, 30th, 38th, 51th, 69th, 74th, 93rd, 103rd, 115th year.

 

If this planet coincides with the planet of deceit from point [A] fixed

method, it is certainly give its pronounce results.

Good or Bad is dependent on the condition of 10th House.(page 42, 1952,

arun sahita)

Q3) Please explain this how to judge good or bad of 10th house?

 

Now in page 47 of 1952 arun sahita under farman 10 point 2 it is said :

 

a) If planet of deceit comes in 10th house in Varshphal it give MILD

Malefic results.

b) If it comes in 2nd house (Dhram sthan \ religious place) also becomes

planet of destiny, bestows benefic results.

c) If it comes in 11th house (dhram darbar\ religious court) it will be

bestow Benefic result.

 

Q4) Here in above condition, which planets of deceit we are taking,

calculated as per point [A] fixed method or point char method or to

check from all deceit planets?

By going through all the points, planets which becomes deceit simply

means that it has become Doubly powerful (has full rays \ shadbhal

strengths as per tradional astrology) and can behave as per other

conditions of LK. i.e if become as planet of destiny it will promote

benefic result and if it turns malefics than it will sure shot pronounce

it Malefic results when it comes to 8th house in varshphal.

Point A

 

[ 1 ] The 8th house, according to the LK is a pakka house of mars

and Saturn together.Therefore both the planets have been mentioned.

[ 2 ] I personally go by the rasi lord of these houses.

 

Point C

 

Yes. your observation is right.

 

[ 3 ] Whether a planet is acting malefic or not in the 10th house,

can be identified if it is adversely affecting the profession,

professional growth, if one has lost an election etc, if one did not

get selected for a job inspite of being very qualified for it, has

his reputation been tarnished recently...and so on.

 

[ 4 ] Should check from all planets of deceit.
