Incidentally this effect of the combination is not mentioned in any other edition of the Lal Kitab except the 1952 edition. We personally do not take it to mean as illicit relationship between cousins or for that matter with others. We interpret it more in the sense of being sexually liberated, or one who has a disregard for sexual morality. The sun, mercury and the venus stay close to each other, so much so that you will find them together in the same house in more than 10% horoscopes. To say that these people will have illicit relations with their cousins will be a bit too farfetched, that does not sound good to be true. I suggest that such statements should not be taken literally.
